Training:
In order to explore the potential and improve the ability of employee, employee will have training plan since they join the Boyu, including fresh induction training, professional skill training, and management skills training etc.
工作內容:
1. 負責產品實現過程中的質量控制管理;
2. 負責對產品實現過程中的質量問題按糾正預防措施執行;
3. 負責對產品運用過程中的質量問題按糾正預防措施執行;
4. 負責制定檢驗規范、編制各類檢驗指導書,并對檢驗員進行培訓;
5. 負責檢驗工時的核定;
6. 負責對公司計量器具的定期檢驗、檢測數據的監督管理;
7. 負責完成客戶滿意度的調查,提供滿意度調查報告;
8. 負責公司質量數據的統計分析。
任職資格:
◆電子類專業本科以上學歷。
◆接受過IRIS/ISO9000體系、質量工具等方面的培訓。
◆5年以上電子元器件、半成品檢驗經驗,兩年以上團隊管理經驗。
◆熟練使用電腦、萬用表、電橋、兆歐表、耐壓測試儀等儀器儀表;
◆熟悉檢驗規程以及質量標準。
◆熟悉IRIS國際鐵路行業標準體系要求;
◆熟悉質量管理工具、FMEA等;
◆紀律性強,服從領導工作安排;
◆踏實肯干,吃苦耐勞;
◆良好的團隊合作精神,樂于幫助其他同事。
